Short Escape to Krabi, Thailand (Finale)

Assalamualaikum.

This post akan bermula pencampuran bahasa yang besar. Biar cepat habis, malas nak memikir. Hehe.

DAY 3 (9 OCTOBER 2015): HONG ISLAND ONE DAY TOUR - KRABI TOWN NIGHT MARKET

Tour untuk Hong Island ni we picked different company, named Connecting Tour.

After we had our 7 hours sleep. At 9 in the morning, kteorang tngu kat lobby for our shuttle van.

Our ride

Menuju ke pier yang sama seperti hari sebelumnya. And for this tour, kteorang naik longtail boat. Only 15 passangers including us. Sangat tak sesak dalam boat.

The longtail boat from inside.
After about 40 minutes dengan view lautan semata, u'll come to see these beautiful sceneries.

Pose wajib on longtail boat =P

Hanya untuk dilihat dari jauh.
First stop was Koh Lao La Ding. Tempat mandi manda and lunch. Warning: takde toilet.

Orang tak pandai berenang.
The beach

The exterior of longtail boat
The priceless view

Kanak-kanak riang

Next stop was the Koh Hong. We were given 1 and half hour to enjoy out time here. And finally, ada toilet. Yay. Such a nice place for mandi manda and kayaking =)

Kaku sebab takut kayak terbalik. Haha.

Sempat mandi manda sebelum after kayaking.

One the way back, we stopped at one place for snorkeling. Maaf takde gambar. Was struggling with myself in the sea. Huhu.

Compared dengan yang semalam, I would say Hong Island Tour lagi best. Sebab places dia lagi cantik and less crowded.

Sampai hotel, terus bersiap-siap untuk night market.

Krabi Town walking street/ night market or in thai known as Thanon Khon Dern, terletak kat Krabi town (obviously). Held from Friday to Sunday from 6 to 9.30pm. Ini salah satu sebab we changed date to reach Krabi.

We decided untuk naik motorcycle taxi because we thought die akan pecut dasyat compared to songthaew. But we were wrong. All it did was potong lampu merah. Haha. Itu pun kalau bernasib baik takde kereta halang kat depan. So next time, i suggest untuk naik songthaew je. We paid 800 Baht pergi baik for the ride. (For songthaew u can get 700 Baht for 4 people) It took us about 40 minutes to reach the market.

Tak sempat tengok sunset tepi pantai, sunset kat jalanan pun boleh.
Sampai kat Krabi town, kteorang kene jalan sikit to reach the market. Our taxi park jauh sikit. Landmark die adalah this vogue shopping complex.

The Vogue
Then, next to it u'll see 7eleven. So the market is in between this two landmarks. We reached nicely around 6pm. Kedai pun dah buka semua.

Nampak tak 7eleven tu?
You can get lots of things here. Die macam buat section2 tu. Ada craft and arts, clothes, souvenirs and our main target: food =)

So simple yet so nice.

Pad thai. 50 Baht. Taste awesome!
I really suggest you to try this pad thai. Sangat sedap. Not many pad thai yang dijual kat market ni. So you can easily find this stall. Ramai orang beratur. And yang pasti, it is halal.

The other dish they sell: Fried mussels. Price 50 Baht.
Kat center of this market, u'll see meja kerusi kuning ni infront of the performance stage. Tunggu dengan sabar jela sampai ada tempat kosong.

Makanan penuh satu meja.
Pulang dari night market, kteorang decided nak beli souvenir last kopek. Habiskan sisa-sisa duit yang ada. Huhu. Suruh abang taxi hantar kat Aonang street yang bahagian banyak jual souvenirs.

The souvenir shop.
DAY 4 (10 OCTOBER 2015): PULANG KE PANGKAL JALAN

Hari keempat, hari terakhir di Krabi. We decided untuk tak letakkan any activities. Buat la sasuke hati. Kononnya nak tengok sunrise tepi pantai, tapi paham2 la sape yang rise dulu. At the end tengok pantai. Melayang perasaan masing-masing.

Aonang beach.

Feels like sharing one ayat, such a beautiful and meaningful ayat:

Al-Baqarah, 2:164

Sandal roxy 150 Baht. =P

Next, date berdua dengan my Izzah at coffee shop. Nothing special. But in love with the cozy interior. Muchas gracias for the so-called my belated birthday treat.

Balik ke hotel, our favorite taxi driver, Sulin dah menunggu dah kat depan hotel. Then, i just realized that i left something important kat tepi jalan. My camera bag dengan isinya - my passport and our itinerary. Yay.

Berlari-lari. Nasib baik i remembered where did i put the bag. Waktu tu just berharap no one perasan that bag. Alhamdulillah, ada makcik from spa saw that bag. She was looking for me.

" You careful. Your passport. Your flight at 1.30pm"

So kind of you mak cik. My bad. Cuak tak ingat time tu. Huhu. So, dengan berat hati masuklah kami ke dalam taxi untuk ke airport.

Our favorite taxi driver, Surin. Recommended!
Contact no: +66 87 8269842 (siap contact no lagi..haha)
Surin said, "Next time you come honeymoon, you come here. I bring you to beautiful places. Don't forget me."
Beriya dia. Hehe.

Lepas checked in luggage, kteorang cari tempat makan kat airport. Ingatkan nak makan kat Subway, but sadly they served pork. Maka, coffee shop sebelah Subway lah destinasi kami.

Sisa duit thai ku.

The end. Alhamdulillah, pulang with good memories and a new skin tone. =)

Quick tips for those who plan to visit Krabi:

1. Just get the flight ticket and book a hotel. No need travel agent or packages what so ever. Believe me, you'll survive.

2. Don't lazy to do your research of Krabi. It will be much easier if you already know here and there.
My main references:

3. Most of them can speak minimal English. Good enough to communicate of basic things. Don't need any dictionary.

4. Bring basic things u'll bring to the beach. Sunscreen (most important), sunglasses, sandals etc.

5. I learned that Thai people are very polite and honest. They put their trust on you. So, be honest too.

6. For muslims, be muslims.
